The Hempel Hotel London, created by the internationally renowned designer Anouska Hempel, is a synthesis of Eastern and Western cultures - the peace and simplicity of the Orient adapted to the Western world with the most innovative global technology creating an aura of freedom and space. There are 35 rooms, each individually designed with the clever use of natural materials which combine freedom, space and harmony. The Hempel is full of hidden promises and surprises - tap water that is lit at night, open fireplaces that appear to float, hanging walls and in the lobby, an atrium that reaches up to the skies. Even the restaurant is different - the I-Thai Restaurant is of an innovative style, mixing difference flavors from Thailand, Italy and Japan.
