5th - 6th August 2006 Michelob ULTRA London Triathlon will take place in London for the 10th time. These 10 years didn’t pass in vain - Michelob ULTRA London Triathlon has become the largest triathlon in the world. This year thousands of spectators are expected to watch the competition of the world’s best triathletes, the elite of the kind of sport. This event is also a big deal for charity – over one million pounds have been raised already. Triathlon is a sport, which includes a continuous race comprising of a Swim, followed by a Cycle, and then a Run. Competitors race against the clock, which starts as they enter the swim and stops as they cross the finish line after the run. There are numerous races offered at The Michelob ULTRA London Triathlon - Super Sprint, Youth Super Sprint, Sprint, Sprint Team Relay, Olympic Team Relay, Olympic Age Group, Sub 2h30 Group, Men’s Olympic Open Age Group, Mixed (Male+Female) Olympic Group.
